The complex itself will consist of buildings being used for the following functions:
50 RV hydro serviced sites
Up to 3,000 un-serviced festival sites
- Five buildings for washrooms, shower and change rooms
- Convenience Store
- Laundry Facilities
- Pay telephones and refuse stations
- Water System with 1 nozzle for every 13 campsites
- Up to 2 parking stalls per campsite
- Hydro outlets to all permanent campsites
- A fire road completely surrounding the campsite
- Water Park
Amphitheatre to accommodate up to 40,000 patrons
Six buildings related to staging the concert
a. Ten buildings for food and beverage services, including a VIP Lounge, Corporate boxes and a restaurant. These buildings will be leased out to private individuals willing to run their stands on a profit sharing basis. b. Five buildings for washrooms, showers and change rooms c. Five concession booths d. Marshalling area to facilitate traffic in and out of the site e. Parking for over 5,000 vehicles per event f. The Amphitheatre area is fenced off to facilitate security
Approximately 50% of the Amphitheatre site has been left in its naturally treed state, making it the only treed amphitheatre in North America.
